Spent here 2 great nights, no better place to stay. Stuff was competent and attentive, no complaints whatsoever. We enjoyed the location, it was peaceful and within walking distance of Newton Monument.

We truly enjoyed to be there, spent 5 great nights overall. It had an amazing setting near to the centre and the walks along the river as well as an Italian restaurant.

Reasonably priced place, a nice size and bright rooms. Exceptionally helpful hosts. Comfortable setting close to a quiet area very close to city within 5 minute walk of main shopping area and bars and the centre and the walks along the river.

Everything about this stay was such great, thanks. Exceptionally good views, large bedroom, everything was good. We really enjoyed the venue and its marvellous setting. Moreover, it was in local area just next door to plenty of restaurants nearby, restaurants, bars and centre of Leeds and the main bars and shops. The staff were lovely, the apartment had a nice interior.

They provided us with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and an electric kettle, enjoyed that. The bathroom with a bath was a bonus.

The location was excellent and fantastic, which was important. The staff were affable, I appreciated that.

Everything was really good, me and my family members thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Location was fantastic and incredible, just next door to diverse restaurants and activities, and city centre and the Leeds waterfront. The whole experience was very lovely, I would recommend this apartment.

Rooms were bright and fabulous, the location was incredible! The property was located in the centre of the city. It was 20 km from Leeds Bradford airport. Outstandingly friendly staff and we appreciated the host.

It's a pity but the bathroom was smelly.

We were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic value for money at Kspace @ Waterloo Court. The location couldn't have been better, with shops nearby but no noise from the bars. The apartment itself was stylish and modern, with helpful staff just a phone call away. We found it easy to find and appreciated that it was close to the train station. It's definitely a great option for families, couples, or small groups of friends looking for a affordable and convenient place to stay.
